Sir,
Under the instructions from and on behalf of our client Mr. Nitin Lama Son of
Sri…………. Resident of Keshav Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, I hereby serve
upon you with this legal notice as under: -

1. That Mr. Nitin Lama, who is a renowned YouTuber and music creator under
the channel name "Nishabd."
2. That it has come to my client’s attention that your YouTube channel "Drop
Beats" by Somesh has been using Mr. Lama's copyrighted music without
obtaining proper consent or authorization.
3. That Mr. Lama is the rightful owner of the music compositions featured on
his YouTube channel "Nishabd." These compositions are protected under
copyright laws, and any unauthorized use or reproduction constitutes
copyright infringement.
4. That upon careful review, it has been confirmed that several videos on your
channel "Drop Beats" have incorporated Mr. Lama's music without his
consent or permission. This unauthorized use not only violates Mr. Lama's
exclusive rights as the copyright owner but also undermines his creative
efforts and causes financial harm.
5. That we hereby demand that you immediately cease and desist from using any
of Mr. Lama's copyrighted music on your channel "Drop Beats." Additionally,
we request that you promptly remove all videos containing Mr. Lama's music
from your channel and confirm in writing that you have done so within 7 days
from the receipt of this notice.
6. That furthermore, we demand compensation for the unauthorized use of Mr.
Lama's copyrighted music on your channel. We hereby request that you pay
the sum of INR 50,000 (Fifty thousand Indian Rupees) to Mr. Nitin Lama as

compensation for the damages caused by the infringement of his intellectual
property rights. This amount is to be paid within 14 days from the receipt of
this notice.
7. That Failure to comply with these demands will leave us with no choice but
to pursue legal action against you for copyright infringement, seeking
appropriate remedies and damages available under the law.
8. That this notice is issued without prejudice to any rights or remedies available
to Mr. Nitin Lama, and we expressly reserve the right to take further legal
action to protect his intellectual property rights.
9. That we trust you to take immediate steps to rectify this matter and prevent
any further infringement of Mr. Lama's intellectual property. Your prompt
attention to this notice is appreciated.

A copy of this notice has been preserved in my office for record and future course
of action.
