9 Wipers are available in both front and rear side of the vehicle

14 Cabin is clean and tidy.
15 Indicator light is working
16 Brake & parking lights are working.
17 Fire extinguisher in operator cabin
18 Safe means of access (steps, grab bars, non-slip surfaces) to the cabin is available
19 Moving parts, shafts, sprockets, belts, etc.are guarded.
20 Leakage of grease or oil(in hydraulic & pneumatic systems)
21 Mud guard is available and these are in good condition.
22 Tire conditions are good enough for operation
23 All tire knockoff lug nuts & bolts are available and fitted properly.
24 Bucket linkage pins are fitted properly
25 Booms & other pins are fitted properly
26 All greasing points are working
27 Cylinders are in good condition without any damage
28 Reflective Tape is pasted on vehicle as per Rule No. 104 of Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989.
29 Servicing is maintaining as per schedule
30 Operators fitness available (eye test certificate)
31 Operator licensed is available (Transport licence)
32 Vehicle valid insurance is available.
33 Wheel chokes are available (minimum two nos)
