A Study On Employee Motivation at Quadance Technologies PVT LTD
• The present study is focused to analyse the importance of employee’s motivation at Quadance
Technologies Pvt Ltd
• This study is mainly applicable to the employees who are working in the organization.
• Due to time constraint only motivation level of employees is studied during the project period
• Besides this study covered only to ascertain the employees satisfaction and how motivation
increases the efficiency of operations and how the performance of the employees can be
improved in future by considering the findings and recommendations which were made in this
project.

• The total population of the company is 208 .

SOURCES OF DATA
• It has been found that Remuneration is highly motivating factor to increase the efficiency of
the operations.
• Most of the employees agreed that the organization goal and individual goal is interrelated
• Company is providing properly the adequate information regarding the goal and priorities
• Time schedule and work load are not motivating the employee.
• Employees are highly satisfied with lunch break, rest break, various types of leaves given in
the organization
• The most of the employees agreed that the organization is providing good physical working
condition which motivated the workers to render their services most efficiently
• Behaviour of co-worker is extremely good and motivating.
• Rules and regulation of top management are good and clear.
• The employees agreed that the management has to give financial motives based on their
performance
SUGGESTIONS
• Organization should provide reasonable increment on a proper way to the
employees.
• More financial rewards and gifts should be provided to improve the efficiency
of the employees.
• Proper award and appreciation should be given to employees who has
completed their task in successful manner.
• The firm should reconsider the time schedule and workload.
• The firm should provide the financial incentives based on their performances.
• The employees should be allowed Recreation time to refresh their mind which
may lead to innovate the new ideas in their performances.
CONCLUSIONS
Employees are considered as the wealth of any company and the
employees are the real asset. Employee motivation is very much
essential in any company to protect the employees since they are the
developers of the company. If a company provides adequate
motivation to the employees, it could promote the performance of
employees and will always help the employees to develop
themselves and the company.For the study, it is concluded that
employees are satisfied with the motivation from top authorities and
employees are very keen to work hard for the better outcome of the
company.
