1. The importance of Management or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems includes preventing
waste of enterprise resources, business monitoring, ensuring responsibility and accountability,
facilitating, accelerating, and automating business processes, and increasing business efficiency to
increase revenue and business transparency and enhance the management’s ability to analyze and
evaluate business performance around the clock in addition to complying with the requirement of some
government departments (Zakat, Taxes, Money Market) and major clients who demand their vendors to

maintenance, technical support, or system update by the client because NetSuite is the only system
among the known ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Odoo and others) that is provided as SaaS
(software as service) where the customer only has to use the system while Oracle is committed to system
technical support, maintenance, update, database management, cloud environment, backup & recovery,
data security, and all system operating tasks. The system is automatically updated twice a year without
affecting the system operation or disrupting the client's business as is the case with other systems. It is
also a stable system and operationally available 99.99% of the time which is the highest availability
among all similar systems. It is also the only native cloud system in its class since its development in 1998.
Cloud Storage is provided Oracle itself at the highest international data security and cybersecurity
standards.
A truly integrated management system since its inception that includes all business units of companies
(including financials, fixed assets, inventory, sales, marketing, purchasing, project management,
manufacturing, warehouse management, quality control, supply chain, human resources, etc..). The
system also includes applications that are natively integrated with it for various specialized functions
(such as subscription management, school and university management, transportation fleet
management, real-estate asset management, etc.).

or spend on any additional expenses as is the case with other systems.
