Login Page
1. Go to https://portal.ebfp.net/
2. Input username and password. The username for each user is their Account Number. The username
cannot be changed. The default password is Admin1@3 but users can change this upon entry.
3. Click Login button

NOTE: This site DOES NOT include the BFP Online Payroll System or the Intensified Verification Inspection
(IVI) System.

Forgotten Passwords
1. In cases of forgotten user password, simply click on the link below. User will then have to input their
Account Number. The system will send a link to the user’s email with instructions on how to recover
their password. Hence, the user must input their correct email in their profile.
2. In case no email was entered, email entered was invalid or other problems with their password, user
may coordinate with their Fire Station, Provincial/District, Regional and/or the National HRIS Admin
to recover and/or reset their password to the default password of Admin1@3.

NOTE: ONLY ONE VALID email address must be provided in the email address field in the user profile. If more
than one (1) email is entered in the email field, the system will not be able to recognize entered email since it
will no longer be a valid email address.

Landing Page
Once logged in, user will be redirected to this landing page. At the left side of this page is the list of Systems
included in this Web Portal.

Choose CAPABILITY and INVENTORY in the drop-down List of System.

This page allows you to view Summary of Inventory within your Municipality like Station, Sub-
Station, Trucks and Other Vehicle, Firefighting Equipment etc., when clicked

DETAILS
This page allows you to view Municipality details like Station, Sub-Station, Trucks and Other Vehicle.
Note: Creation and deletion of Municipality were made in Human Resources > Municipalities. Only employees with
access in Inventory > Municipality can view and/or update this page.

Municipality.

Also, there is TRUCK LIST under TRUCK tab, which allows you to search and view details of a truck of the
municipality.

Moreover, when you click DETAILS, you will be able to view the detail of that particular TRUCK.

This page allows you to search and view municipality’s other vehicles details. Moreover, DASHBOARD shows
the summary of other vehicles, while VEHICLE LIST allows you to search and see details of a particular
vehicle when you click the DETAILS button
