About myself :

-I am in my second year at Saigon University. My major is International Studies,

with an emphasis on diplomacy and communication, as well as society and state. In
terms of personality, I enjoy working with children. I have also worked as an
English tutor at home until now, earning a good living and paying tuition. I am
passionate about education and languages. Furthermore, I used to chair events at
my university, so if ILA has events on special holidays, I will give it my all.
-So I applied for a teaching assistant position at ILA because I believe that
exposure to foreign languages and children's environments will help me mature
and advance further in my goals.
-I was inspired to apply after seeing a job posting for a teaching assistant on
Facebook. I've read the job description, and I think my qualifications and the
requirements are a good fit.
-I appreciate it and hope to hear back from ILA shortly.
1.Vai trò người trợ giảng là gì ?
Assist teachers in efficiently communicating lessons to students.
• One-on-one or small-group instruction and feedback on lessons.
• Assist teachers with attendance, grading, and other administrative responsibilities.
• Arrange materials and equipment to assist the primary teacher in teaching.
• Provide extra supervision for students during classes, breaks, and so on.

2.What makes you believe you’re qualified to work as a teaching assistant?

-I've worked as a home tutor for elementary and middle school students. I know
how much I enjoy working with children of all ages and have previous experience
as a teaching assistant at a nearby preschool. As a teaching assistant, I believe I
will be able to play a more active role in the daily learning of children and pass on
some of my love of learning to my students, making school a more enjoyable
experience for them and increasing their interest in class with their teacher.

3.In your opinion, what role does a teaching assistant perform in the
classroom?
-A teaching assistant's role is important because it allows teachers to focus all of
their efforts on providing as much instruction, teaching, and assistance to students
as possible. As a teaching assistant, I will be given less responsibility. Such as
grading, proctoring tests, and organizing paperwork, so that instructors can
concentrate on the more important task of teaching and ensuring students
understand the material.

4.How would you deal with a small group of youngsters who are continually
interrupting the class by laughing, talking, and sharing notes?
-If children are disruptive and disobedient in class or are not paying attention, I
will use whatever appropriate discipline the teacher and I have mutually agreed
upon. The best way for me to discipline them is to stand at the back of the class for
a short period of time to warn them, and students can still follow the class because
they are still a part of it. This is how I believe I can teach them without disturbing
the rest of the class.

5.How would you address the situation if the teacher did something you really
disagreed with?
-Because this is the teacher's classroom, they have a more powerful voice and
authority. As a result, if I need to contradict them, I will set aside time before or
after class to speak with them and respectfully and clearly present my case and
question. Everything will be resolved if we can calmly share and learn from one
another.

6.What would you say if a pupil fell asleep at their desk?

-I used to be a student, so I understand how tired children who study a lot can get,
both mentally and physically, so if a student falls asleep in the middle of class, I
will skillfully go down to that student without letting them down. reveal the
purpose of not attracting attention in the classroom. And I will gently tap on the
desk or touch the child's shoulder to wake them up without disturbing the rest of
the class by calling their names.I will thoughtfully check in with students after
class or during the next break to ensure they have had enough sleep at home and
have eaten, which are two common reasons students fall asleep at their desk.
7. Tại sao bạn chọn làm việc tại trung tâm chúng tôi?
-In recent years, ILA has consistently ranked among the best places to work in
Vietnam. Training quality, a well-known brand, a high level of professionalism,
office locations in desirable areas, and a safe working environment all contribute to
ILA's ranking. According to international standards, all necessary teaching
equipment is safe. This is also the ILA strength that most parents and students
prefer.
-English teachers are all native speakers with professional qualifications and use
modern facilities. That is why I want to become a contributing factor to ILA,
helping to build the future of the English platform for students to strongly develop
themselves with effort and go further.
8.Tại sao bạn lại trở thành 1 trợ giảng?
-That's because I've loved languages since I was a young child. One could say that
working in fields relating to language, society, caregiving, and education is my
dream job. Those are the things I desire. The younger generation is aware of the
significance of acquiring a second language. In addition, I adore kids because they
are so adorable, and I want to give them the best education possible so they can
grow up to be successful person who benefit their community and nation.
9. Điểm mạnh của bạn như một trợ giảng là gì?
-I have 3 years of experience as a home English tutor; I am still a tutor and I enjoy
teaching. So I believe I understand student psychology well enough to find the
most understandable ways to convey instructions, and I have the patience to guide
students through exercises or lectures. I've also dealt with rebelious and tough
students in the classroom.

10. Bạn thích sử dụng những phương pháp giảng dạy nào?/What tactic have
you previously used to motivate the young students in your class?

- The teaching strategy that draws students in, in my opinion, is the use of visual
aids, music, minigames that combine theory and practice, and a requirement that
all students engage in learning activities. It appears that this is ideal for most age
groups. In addition to improving students' morale, they will all enjoy learning more
than memorizing dry theory from a large book without engaging in any physical
activity. They are too tired of sitting still, so they are more animated and upbeat.
11.Bạn sẽ động viên học sinh nào đang gặp khó khăn để tham gia tích cực vào
lớp học?
- What a student is struggling with right now is the need to share; I will assume
that something is wrong with them because of their unusual expressions or
behavior, such as a lack of energy, fatigue, and a more negative than usual day.
They require a listener rather than a critic. As a result, I will listen to every
confession of my cherished students. I care about them so much that I will assist
them in resolving their problem.
12.Định hướng tương lai của bạn ?
-My long-term goal is to advance in the fields of language, society,
communication, and possibly teaching. But the core remains the English language;
I want to advance the language to a higher level. highest because I want to settle
down and work in a high-level position in another country.
13. Khi học sinh không làm bài tập về nhà, bạn sẽ xử lý thế nào?
- I can sympathize because I believe they are exhausted from all of the homework
they have at school and at the English center. I will only send a reminder at first,
but I will always update the parents on the students' daily prógress in learning. If a
student continues to be indolent and neglects their homework, I will continue to
remind them on a daily basis and assist them in finishing their assignments either
during or after class. No child will be that horrible, in my opinion.

14. What do you think is your biggest weakness?/strength?

-My biggest flaw is that I sometimes treat my younger students too well and the
older kids too strictly. When I tutor older students, I will sometimes make them
practice. I spend a lot of time exercising and practicing. I am also aware that
completing exercises is completely boring, but advanced students must practice in
order to achieve high marks. Younger students will find it easier to learn through
games, which is also why they dislike homework and instead ask me to set up
more minigames for them to play. For this reason, I frequently let them study
while having fun with their studies. However, the best way to teach young
students, so I must honor their requests to transfer knowledge.
