This document describes the features that are available in SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking. The
availability of some of the features may depend on your license agreement with SAP.
To illustrate integration with other SAP offerings, the product documentation on SAP Help Portal
might include references to features that are not included with SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking.
Features that are not included in this feature scope description might require a separate license.

This specifications document describes key features and functionalities of SAP SuccessFactors Time
Tracking, as of the 1H 2024 Release. The features are highly related to the features in Employee
Central Time Off. Please check the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Spec Sheet for more info on
the Time Off features.
Time Sheet
Timesheet UI offers 2 views: the list view and the monthly calendar. In
the UI the time sheet period can be set to either weekly or monthly, such

that employees can record and submit their time recordings for these
periods.
Allows to complete, edit, and submit a time sheet via ESS scenarios in
Mobile Time Sheet the SuccessFactors app for iOS® and Android®
Mobile widget to record time and preview daily time recording.
Allows for set up rules to generate pay types for base hours, paid
absences, public holidays, and overtime hours. In addition, ability to
Pay Type Generation define pay types for recorded times on a specific day (for example,
Sunday, public holiday), within a specific clock time or generate shift
premiums.

Allows to define that calculated overtime is not paid out but converted

Working Time Accounts Ability to use working time accounts to record variations from an
employee's standard working time and calculate the balance of time
worked in excess of that time, or by how far the time worked falls short
of the standard time. Both of these are calculated by comparing the time
an employee actually works with his or her work schedule.
Allows employees to record working hours which are balanced out over
a flexible to define period. Employees can record hours within a certain

working time. Hours outside of the bandwidth are considered violations
and need to be manually validated by managers or time administrators.
Time collectors and Containers collect times over a certain period that
differs from the period that is handled by a time valuation.
