TIME: 7:45am to 8:45am
VENUE: Grade-9 Elm
Classroom

AGENDA:
1. Orientation on the schedule of classes SET A and SET B.
2. School Rules and Regulation
3. Grading System
4. Election of Homeroom PTA Officers
5. Homeroom Project
6. Other Matters

Proceedings:
• Meeting was called to order by Grade 7 Elm: Adviser Mr. Lourence Capa
• Attendance is check upon entry inside the classroom where the
parents/guardian signed the attendance monitoring sheet.
• The meeting started with a Prayer

1. Orientation on the schedule of classes SET A and SET B


• Changes of class schedule to 7:00am to 2:00 pm
• November full blown face to face class for SET A and SET B (updates will be updated
from time to time via text message, messenger or announcement through students)
• Students who belong to SET B but mistakenly attend SET A schedules will be allowed
and make it their permanent schedule. Likewise for the SET A who mistakenly attend
SET B schedules.

2. School Rules and Regulation


• Parents were informed about the student’s handbook specifically the Schools Rules
and Regulation
• Students will abide the rules and regulation in school
• The parents already informed by the rules and regulation of the school
• Parents/guardians are advised to check on students handbook for the School Rules
and Regulation

3. Grading System
• The adviser talks about the grading system and refers to student’s handbook for reference.
• Performance tasks have a higher percentage than written tasks on some of the subject
• Other subject got 50/50 percentage on performance tasks and written
• Parents/guardians are advised to check on Students handbook for the grading system

4. Election of Homeroom PTA Officers:


The election is conducted by the adviser and parent are actively participating in the election,
hereunder are the newly elected Homeroom PTA Officers for S.Y 2022-2023

Attached herewith is the set of PTA Officers for School Year 2022-2023.

5. Homeroom Project:
• The teacher asks the parents/guardians to come up a PTA project that will benefit
their students inside the classroom.
• All the parents who attend the meeting agreed with the proposed project which is to buy
a new ceiling fan (2 pieces)
• The PTA President will do the canvassing for the price of the ceiling fan.
• After knowing the price, it will be divided.
• Parents agreed that they will be rounding off the amount (ex. The contribution is 88
pesos, they will be making it 90 or 100 depending on the amount of parent/guardian can
give in extra.
• If there are extra money after purchasing the wall fan, they agreed to purchase for
classroom white board.

6. Other Matters:

• The parents are asked to join the group chat for parents/guardians
• They should privately message and teacher/adviser and introduced themselves so that
the teacher/adviser will recognize them.
