INSTRUCTION FOR STUDENTS
1. Download your admit card from student portal.
2. Arrive 30 minutes before the start of your exam 3. Students have to carry their ID card and admit card and must be in proper uniform during examination. 4. Students without Admit Card will not be allowed to appear for the examination. 5. If in case, ID card is lost or the student forgets, students can is issue temporary ID card from the Registrar office. 6. If in case, the Admit Card is lost, a student can get a copy of Admit Card from examination section only after submitting a fee of Rs.50. 7. Check the seating arrangement before entering the examination hall. Students are required to find and occupy seats allotted. 8. Under unfavorable circumstances, candidates will be admitted to the Examination Hall not more than 30 minutes after the commencement of the examination. 9. Students will not be given extra time if they arrive late. 10. Student should carry their own exam materials like Pens, Pencils, Erasers, Sharpeners, Rulers, and Calculators any other materials required for the exam. 11. Exchange of exam materials among the students is strictly prohibited in the examination hall unless Invigilator permits it. 12. Student should use only transparent case or pouch to carry exam materials. 13. The bags and all the other materials must be placed outside the examination building and will be self -responsible for its safety. 14. Any electronic gadget (Mobile Phones, Smart Watches, and Headsets etc.) or any other material is strictly banned inside the examination hall. 15. Calculators with more than one displays or a programmable calculator is not permissible in the examination hall and needs to be verified by invigilator. 16. No student is allowed to leave the examination hall before the commencement of examination. 17. If a student falls ill and is not in a condition to complete the exam, student must inform invigilator and suitable arrangements for medical support should be made by Supervisors. The same should be notified to COE. 18. Students must answer the questions in the approved medium of instruction. 19. Each student must check the title of the paper and complete the Student details on the front of the answer book. 20. Read the instructions carefully before commencing an answer. 21. Students should forbid writing anything on question paper. 22. Any queries should be brought to the attention of the invigilator immediately. 23. Any irregularities of conduct within the Examination Hall will be reported and a candidate who is disruptive to the proper conduct of the examination for other examinees, in the opinion of the Invigilator, may be required to leave the Examination Hall. 24. Student must use designated urinals in the examination centre. 25. Smoking, chewing tobacco/ paan etc. is strictly prohibited in the examination hall 26. Any type of Copy/Cheating/talking with another student during the examination will be forwarded as copy case to unfair means committee 27. Checks for unauthorized material will be carried out during the examinations – students may be asked to empty your pockets. 28. Complaints against question papers, if any, should be submitted to the COE through concerned Centre Superintendent within 03 days from the date of examination, after which no complaint will be admitted.
