Trade Terms and Conditions:

Price : Above price is quoted in Vietnam Dong based on Delivered Price to Your Factory.
Payment : 30% deposit after contract, 60% 15 days before Shipping, 10% within 15 days after commissioning.
Time of Delivery : About 100-120 days after receipt of your firm order and our acceptance.
Installation : Installation shall be conducted by Ishida Vietnam Co., Ltd.
Aftersale Maintenance : Same as above.

Warranty Period : 1 year after installation, in case the installation is delayed over 30 days from delivery due to the Buyer's reason, the
warranty period is 1 year & 2 months from delivery
Cancellation : A charge of 60% of order value will be applied on any cancellation after order has confirmed.

1) Performance would vary depending on product, installation environment, and other conditions.
Final performance shall be finalized at the installation site by using actual products.
2) The machine specifications shall be finalized after the receipt of sample products. In case that the machine needs to be modified
to adapt to the sample, price shall be increased. Also, the price can be changed when the modification is required to the machine.
3) Machine Loading to specific place in Customer's factory is not included in this quotation. In case of necessity for
Heavy Equipment(e.g. Folk lift, Crane), Customer can prepare them, or Ishida Vietnam can offer additional quotation.
4) Utility Connection (Power, Air) and Cable Covering, Anchor Fixing, and other Install Base Modification are
not included in this quote.
5) After Customer's confirmation of Machine Detail (Belt Height, Flow Direction, etcs...) Order will be set as final.
If Detail Request is changed after order confirmation, additional lead time and additional cost will be occured.
6) Consumable Spare Parts (PU Belt, PU Sheet, Timing Belt, Lubricant, etcs...) are NOT included to Machine's Warranty.
7) The price on this quotation can be expired and revised when the currency changes more than ±5% both higher/lower.
