On examination of her file, it has
been found that she has had a
Psycho-educational evaluation in July, 2017 when in class V. Hence comprehensive
it is not
necessary to conduct another in such a short gap.
She is a girl with average level of intellectual
functioning with a IQ score of 108 with
specific learning difficulties.
She has been recommended exemption in l and |l
languages as per CBSE board
regulation, remedial intervention in other areas as well as sitting in
the front row
(please refer to the detailed report).
She will be assessed in this centre towards the end of
the VIl grade provided if all
the suggestions and recommendations have been followed. The reason is to map
her progress and plan future educational programme.
It is recommended that:

Shipra is exempted from studying additional languages in her curriculum


She shouid be provided with reader support for exams
until such time she
attains some amount of reading fluency.
She is provided with extra time to complete her test and
exam papers
Her spelling errors should be condoned.
