Script
INT: KITCHEN – MIDDAY

Suspenseful music starts to play.

 Friend group runs past camera in a hurry.
Crying, screaming, worried. The forest around
them making the atmosphere gloomy and dark.

SCREEN CUTS TO BLACK WITH WORDS ‘EARLIER

THAT DAY’

Camera pans to group sitting at table.

SOPHIE:
I’m hungry!!!

LOUIS:
Hey why don’t we go have a bonfire and
roast some marshmallows.

LILY:
That sounds like such a good plan, I know
the perfect spot for it.

SOPHIE:
Oooo this is going to be so fun.

SKYE:
I want to light the fire.

They walk out the kitchen, get their shoes on and

walk out the door. They seem excited to do
something with their day

EXT: OUTSIDE – MIDDAY

CALM MUSIC PLAYS

 Drone shot following them into the woods
and then overtakes them going further
into the forest (establishing shot)

Branch snaps behind them, they stop to look

but see nothing, their expressions are
confused. They then carry on with their
path. Moving branches and leaf’s out of
their way as they walk

They arrive at the place they are going to

build the fire. This cuts to a montage of
them setting up the fire and start to roast
marshmallows, they are all having fun and
laughing. Ellie gets up to get more wood for
the fire however she trips up while the
others laugh at her and poke fun.

THE CAMERA CHANGES TO THE KILLERS POV

Psycho killer:
Look at that group, all friendly and
happy. I deserve it more than them.
I’m the nicest person they would ever
meet, but no one bothers to see that.
No one treats me like a person. My
days of being alone are over. I will
make them like me. I will end this
isolation now, no more being lonely.
I WILL BE LIKED.

SOPHIE GETS DRAGGED AWAY WHILE SCREAMING HER

LEGS BEING LIFTED WHILE SHE CLAWS ONTO THE
FLOOR TO FREE HERSELF
IT THEN SWITCHES TO THE KILLERS POV OF
TAKING HER. WE WATCH HIM PULL HER BODY AWAY

Psycho Killer: (V.O)

I’m nice, don’t let me be lonely, stay
with me.

The group run away in fear screaming which

is the same shot we see in the beginning of
the production.

Teenagers regroup breathless trying to

figure out what happened. Their faces
display their scaredness, you can tell they
just want to be back at home.

While they worry about Sophie a big shadow

cast above them. The camera pans up while
they look up and see a man in a mask holding
an axe.

Psycho killer:
Finally, some people to keep me
company. Forever. I’ve been alone
and isolated in this forest for
too long. I’ve been going crazy.
But now I have friends.

He starts to swing. Louis runs away

sprinting before anyone can catch up, he
runs as fast as he can, jumping over logs
and mud just to avoid slipping or tripping.
Successfully escaping. However, the rest of
them get caught. The psychos axe pierces
lily, she tried to run but falls over. She
crawls away screaming but the wound is too
painful. He then slashes Skye making her
fall over to her death.

Psycho Killer:
Why are you trying to run? Don’t you
want to be friends forever?

He says in a creepy tone with an uncanny

smile.

Lily gets slashed in the back.

Louis runs out of the forest and back home,

he grabs his phone to call 999 to tell them
there is a psychopath on the loose. But when
he speaks to them, they think he is playing
a prank and hangs up on him. His face drops

PLAYING THE HANGUP NOISE ON PHONE

SCREEN CUTS TO BLACK

The next day starts, and louis wakes up. He

walks back to the forest to see if any of
his friends survived as they didn’t come
back home and they didn’t answer their
calls.

Sad music plays.

Next scene shows them laying on the floor in
the forest lifeless with blood on the floor.
Lily, Skye and Sophie laying there. Dead.

He then notices something out the corner of

his eye.

He turns to it.

It’s the killer.

His face instantly drops and fear takes over

his body.

Louis:
WHAT DO YOU WANT

Psycho Killer:
To not be alone.

He swings his axe for the last time. But

instead, it goes inside him.

Storyboard

It then cuts to a scene of the group sitting

Starts off with a flash scene of teens running
together in the kitchen trying to work out what
for their life with no context
to do that day and they decide to go to the
forest and make a fire
 They get up and go put their shoes on by the They make their journey towards the forest
door ready to leave

They start making their fire and roasting One of them trip up while getting more
marshmallows firewood, and the others rush to her to see
if she is ok

As they go to her, she gets dragged away by a They run away which is the scene that was

We then watch the shadowy figure that took We then see the next day their lifeless bodies

then starts to swing which leads to lily and
sophies death.

This story board was created with an AI storyboard generator using my

own story, script and ideas. This was very fun to create and easy as I
wrote in my idea and what scene I wanted it to be and how it looked
like, and it generated it perfectly.

Contingency plan
If my production doesn’t go to plan or something
changes, my contingency plan consists of having
backup actors for each character, and I also have
multiple locations picked out if I can’t film in my
original locations.
