1. Overview of BITI
Binh Tien Consumer Goods Manufacturing Co., Ltd., BITI for short is a leading company
in footwear in Vietnam, established in District 6 - Ho Chi Minh City since 1982. Currently, BITI
is a leading company in Vietnam in the footwear manufacturing and trading industry. With its
growth, BITI has moved into a new field of real estate investment, construction of commercial
centers and apartments in the North, Central and South to meet the business and housing needs
of customers according to the economic development trend of Vietnam, which is in the period of
international market integration.
BITI products were selected by the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City as one of the
city's key industrial products and for 18 consecutive years won the Topten High Quality
Vietnamese Goods voted by consumers.
BITI Manufacturing and Trading Co., Ltd. has the main function of manufacturing and
trading all kinds of footwear products for domestic consumption and export.

- Regarding the welfare policy, the company meets the provisions of the Labor Law, which
is to pay 3 types of compulsory insurance, holidays and annual leave, in addition, there is only a
mid-shift diet.

- The company always requires workers to complete the schedule, process and quality, if
not, it will be deducted from the performance evaluation of the whole workshop, so people feel a
lot of pressure and fatigue.
- Besides, every meeting with superiors, especially the CEO, is very stressful because the
meeting lasts from 2 pm to 10 pm without a break is normal in this company. Not only that,
when meeting with the CEO, the boss often scolds and throws things. Someone encountered this
phenomenon at the first meeting, fall ill the next day, and then resign from work because of fear
and excessive stress. In addition, management rarely shows concern to subordinates, so
employees do not dare to present difficulties at work for guidance from superiors.
- Haven't seen the company popularize a clear promotion path. There are employees who
work for 5-6 years and always achieve high achievements, but the company still does not
consider promotion or worthy rewards. So many good employees, if they find a good
opportunity in other companies, they immediately hop the job.
- Training activities are also often organized, focusing on technical and business sectors,
while workers have not received much instruction.
