No extra/additional proferma will be supplied for the whatsoever. The reporting should be made for all employees who have put ina minimum of three months continuous service under the respective Reporting Officer. 2. The following points are to be kept in mind while writing/reporting the APAR to avoid mistakes which have been observed during the course of reviewing in past years: ~ (A) Name of the officer reported upon and period must be written invariably on each page in the blank space including pages of Reviewing Officer (i.e. from page 1 to 11 ) (8) Appropriate Remarks/comments should be given in column No.t,2,3,4 of Part-4, No marks/grades should be given in these columns. (6) In column No.5 of Part-4 the marks (meximum of one) should be given only if the employees have Inentioned/indicated any exceptional good work/achievement at items 3(B) of part-3(refer page 4 of APAR) and the Reporting Officer agrees with same. (0) Percentage of the weightage and overall average grading in Part-3 & Part-4 of APAR should be shown according to the instructions, (€) Total of overall weightage should be arithmeticelly correct, © Seal of the Reporting Officer should be affixed after the signature on right side and the round seal of the Vidyalaya should be affixed on the left side, 3. The APAR of officiating Principal as well as the same cadre employee will be written/ reported by the concerned Assistant Commissioner, therefore they should send their and same cadre’s APAR proforma after filling the part 182 to the concerned Assistant Commissioner. (I) If the Principal/Vice-Principal has retired, APARs of all employees after getting filled Part I & IT should be sent at the residence of the concerned Principal/Vice-Principal immediately to get the APAR written within a month, (EID Instructions for amendment in the Reporting authority and Reviewing authority of PRTs, T6TS, and P6Ts in KV for the purpose of filling APAR for the Academic calendar 2023-24 issued by KVS(HQ) letter No, F. 11085-15/2017/KVS(HQ)/ADMN-1/CCUP/ Dated 29.03.2019 may be adhered to.
