Mountains in Scotland over 914 metres high are called
Munros. There are 282 Munros. I climb them with my family.
We want to climb all of them! I’m going to go on a school
hiking trip next weekend. We’re going to sleep in a mountain
hut! I love hiking. I always feel calm and peaceful at the top
of mountain.

Surfing is important in Hawaii, in the USA. People surfed
hundreds of years ago. The best surfers were the tribe
chiefs. They were the fittest and strongest people. I started
surfing when I was four. I surf every weekend and often
after school. I’m going to go surfing today! The sea is
always different. I feel excited and happy when I surf.

I do capoeira – it’s very popular in Brazil! Our teacher
gives us special capoeira names. Mine is ‘Aranha’.
It means ‘spider’ because I’m fast! I do classes every
week. This weekend, I’m going to go to a competition.
Capoeira makes me feel strong and fit. I forget about
all my problems when I do it.
