The NBK HR division is responsible for Recruitment, Employee Development, Compensation and Benefits administration etc. In continuation of its strategy to enhance its existing HR Information Systems, NBK is embarking on an ERP project to replace the stand-alone Personnel and Payroll Systems with a comprehensive Human Resource Management System (HRMS) as the part of the ERP Implementation for the company. The new HRMS System would enable addressing the Human resource needs effectively for present and future. His primary role involves the following: Enhancement and Support of US HRMS which involves Designing and Coding , Code Reviews , creating SDD ,Unit Test plans and Testlogs
