Jose (Interviewer): Welcome, Paola and Said. I'm grateful to have you here for this
interview for customer support. Before we get into details, how do you both consider
yourself interacting with other people?
Said (Applicant): Yes. In my previous job, there I have learned to relate more with
clients and know how to serve them in a more assertive way.
Jose (Interviewer): It's good to hear what you say. Paola, do you have any questions
about the work environment or the responsibilities that exist in this position?
Paola (Applicant): Yes, Jose. I would like to know if there are opportunities for
professional growth in this position. I'm interested in continuing to develop my skills and
advancing my career in public relations.
Paola (Applicant): In my case, I can create quick and effective solutions based on the
problems that clients present.
Jose (Interviewer): I’m grateful for your sincerity, Paola!, what motivates you to apply
for this particular position?
Paola (Applicant): I'm motivated by the opportunity to work in an area that I'm
passionate about and where I can contribute with my skills to support the customer
support team. I love the idea of working in a dynamic environment where I can learn
and grow professionally.
Said (Applicant): José, do I have to answer the same question or will you ask me
something different?
Jose (Interviewer): Nice, Said!. I hope you all can improve your skills and develop
new learnings about customer service and for their career.
