SUB STRUCTURE
Earth Work
Footing earth work excavation will be done as per structural design.
Footing Reinforcement
Steel approved of Fe 500 will be used for footing concrete with proper cutting and
binding of IS 456- 1982 as per structural drawing.
Footing Concrete
Concrete of M20 grade with ratio of 1:2:4 will be done by using the vibrator with smooth finishing as
per the structural drawing and Cover block with 40mm thickness will be fixed at the bottom of footing
matt.
Flooring concrete
Flooring pcc with M15 grade will be used for laying,and leveling with good
workmanship.
SUPER STRUCTURE
Column Concrete
M25 grade with ratio of 1:1 ½ :3 will be used with vibrator for smooth finishing as per structural drawing andCover block with
25mmthickness will be fixed for all the four sides.
Lintel concrete
Lintel concrete of M20 grade will be used in all the windows, doors, loft and charja with proper
workmanship.
Block work
6” solid block will be used for all the main wall in the ratio of CM 1:5
4”” solid block will be used for partion wall in the ratio of CM1:5 with proper
workmanship for plumb,line & leveling, pointing . Each block will have1 “ gap with
cement mortar packing.
Slab shuttering
MS sheet shuttering with proper support , leveling & line will bed one as per
structural drawing
Beam & Slab Reinforcement
Steel approved of Fe 500 will be used for beam &slab concrete with proper cutting and binding of IS 456-
1982 as per structural drawing.
Slab Concrete
M20 grade RMC concrete with vibrator will be used for proper leveling. Thickness of concrete will be done as per the
structural drawing.
PLASTERING
Ceiling Plastering
Ceiling will be done in the ratio of CM 1:4.
Main Door
Teak wood will be used for making frames. ( M.D of about 6”x4”) 32mm teak wood shuttering will be used with proper dressing 6” hinges
will be used for starscrew
6” SS handle will be used for main door of both internal and external Magnet door stopper will be used. 6” tower
bold for top and bottom. 3 coat wood polish for main door
Double side lock will be used for the door. Approximate cost-Rs 3500
Bed Room Doors and windows:
Redsal will be used of about 4”x3” hardwood ply for water proof will be 32mm. 5” hinges will be used for star screw 6”
tower bold for top and bottom
1 coat primer, 2coat putti and 2coat enamel paint will be used. Door stopper will be normal for remaining doors.
Windows:
Upvc is used for all the windows or redsal wood is used frame and shutters 12mmx12mm square
bar will be used or all windows .
4mm or 5mm thickness clear glass will be used for all the windows.
Kitchen:
20mm granite will be used for all the kitchen platform of about 2’0”. SS sink will be fixed as 37”x18” bowl
with drain board.
ceramic tiles will be used for two sides of kitchen platform Selection of tiles will be done by the owner.
Bathroom:
Ceramic tile will be fixed for ceiling height and tile selected by client CPVc SRD-11 in 3/4 inch will be used.
Materials required for bathroom is mention below.
Mixer, Anglelock, pillar cock, wash basin, Indian / European classic, shower and
nanodrop, Solar provision.
Flooring Tile:
Vitrified tile will be used about CM 1:6 for Hall,Bed,Kitchen and dinning. Carporch tile is used for car parking area . 4”
External Plastering:
Arpitha mess will be used for beam and column joint. Plastering will be done in the ratio of CM 1:6with good work
manship.
External Painting:
1 coat wash, 2coat acrylic paint will be used for all the external walls.
Staircase:
MS or SS will be used for staircase.1 coat primer and 2 coat enamel paint used for the handrail. External Plinth
protection12mm course aggregate.
PVC 2 ½ inches toilet outline pipe.Toilet outline pipe will reach the soak pit. Collection chamber to be used.
Balcony:
Ceramic tile of 1’x1’will be used in the balcony floor.
Entrance gate:
MS gate will be fixed standard design.
Entrance Ramp:
Entry ramp stone laying and concrete finishing will be done standard. Terrace

Compound wall , external wall cladding, safety grill, weather proof tiles & sump rcc wall will be extra cost.
Final Measurement will be taken jointly at site ( slab area will be measured outer to outer including all the dimensions.
Duration:
Project will be complete within 8 months.

Note:
Above specification is given in the present market rate. Incase there is any increase in the rate,
Project will handover as per the finalized plan. For further modulation or dismantling and rework,
It is consider that the site in Road level for the costing of this package. If the ground level
Hard rock or Soft Rock excavation if it arises shall be charged for accordingly.
Any work not mentioned with in this package or outside the building shall be charged for
accordingly.
All compound wall will be charged extra.
