interactions(Williams, 2022). If not well controlled, these potential risks may erode user
confidence and bring significant legal and reputational consequences to the company. Tesla’s
managers should leverage ChatGPT to unlock its benefits, but must also implement appropriate
measures to manage the associated risks.

Implementing ChatGPT in Tesla entails dealing with customers' personal information, which is
