the output pressure rises to 22 bar.
Once a 22 bar back pressure has been reached in the circuit, 22 bar
the 22 bar spool will move to the right, this allows
oil to pass by the spool land, and into the rear
of the servo piston. 200 bar
This will put the main pump into low
pressure stand-by.
Circuit pressure will remain at a 22 bar and there will

be no flow until a service is used.

The ELC valve is operated. At this point the LS pressure

and the system pressure are equal, the 22 bar sping moves the
valve to the left putting the pump into full flow. Once the load is over come, the 22 bar valve
As soon as the load is over come the LS pressure stops will be allowed to flutter back and forth.

pressure will rise, this pressure rise pushes the
22 bar valve to the right and shuts down the flow
to the service. 22 bar
If more oil is required then a pressure drop will occur in
the pump output line, an inbalance of pressures will occur
between the LS and system pressure. This will allow the
22 bar spring to move the valve to the left allowing oil 200 bar
to return from the back of the servo piston to sump,
therefore putting the pump into flow.

Pump pressure is 22 bar greater than LS signal,
LS signal is approximimately equal to the service load

Hydraulic Service 'Dead ended' blocks
XLS
High pressure stand-by, No flow

When the hydraulic service has 'dead ended'

the back pressure in the main pump will start to
build up. This pressure is also felt in the LS line,
as LS pressure rises the 22 bar valve will be pushed Valve moves
to the left. This will put the pump into full flow. 230 bar
Once the pump output pressure reaches 190 bar
the 200 valve starts to lift off its seat, this allows
oil to pass into the servo piston, which moves the swash plate towards a 22 bar
verticle position, this action reduces the flow.
Once the system pressure reaches 200 bar, the spool moves
to the right, pressure acts on the servo piston, and puts
the pump into minimum flow. 200 bar
The pump is now in high pressure stand-by.

The restrictors in the flow / pressure regulator allow oil to bleed

out from the servo piston, this will make the valve flutter slowly back
