Steps After Posting Job
1. Invite as many candidates as possible
2. When people apply, ask for samples of past work
3. If they have no samples, ask them to make a 10 second sample video
4. Give applicants example videos from your niche or past videos on your
channel
5. Make sure there’s a clear understanding of payment for their work
6. Fund a test milestone for just ONE video
7. If the test video goes good, then give 7 videos for them to do
8. Once trust is built, negotiate for lower rate for guaranteed work (30
vids at a time)
