I Dandasi Chandraiah s/o Sangaiah aged 45 years, R/o Dachepalli Palnadu District do here by solemnly
affirm and state as follows.

I am deponent here in and 2nd plaintiff in the above suit and I am well acquainted with facts of the suit. I am
giving this affidavit on behalf of 1st plaintiff also.
I submit that I filed I.A …/2024 to appoint an advocate commissioner to visit the suit schedule property and
note down the physical features. The above said I.A…./2024 was posted to 15-02-2013 from 30-01-2013
for hearing.
The respondent/defendants are not vacating or paying the rents. On account of the act of defendants there
is likely hoof of damage to the schedule property.
Hence the visit of the commissioner to the schedule property is very much required at early date.
Hence I pray the Hon’ble court may Pease to advance the I.A…/2024 from 15-02-2013 to any nearest date
for disposal according to law in the interest of justice.
