About us

INTERNZ LEARN is an online learning platform that intends to help students and professionals get placed in their dream
companies by providing them with the proper training and path to outperform their placement exams. We have built
training programs for college students applying for college placements and working professionals trying to switch
companies. We dedicate our platform to providing you with the best mentorship on our courses, emphasizing Interactive
learning style, a great mentorship workaround, and affordability across all the courses, thus helping students achieve a
more holistic education and prepare them for better career opportunities.

About Role: This is an Individual role in an employee-centered culture, where a candidate is central to spreading the
word about products and counseling students to increase their reach. As a BDA, you're expected to find potential
customers through cold calling, counsel the students to choose the right path, and understand their perceptions and
needs.

Employment Role - Full-time Business Development Associate.

Probation: 3 months.

Stipend: INR 18000 /- PER MONTH

CTC post-probation: 7LPA (4 LPA (fixed)+ 3 LPA (variable)) - Depending on performance.

Work Location: Novel Tech Park, Kudlu Gate, near Electronic City, Bengaluru, 560068 (Work from office).

Working hours: 11 am to 8 pm.

Requirement: Fluency in English, negotiation, and public speaking.
