KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, RANILO PATRICIO DEL MUNDO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married,
and a resident of, Bgy. San Pedro 1, Malvar, Batangas, do hereby NAME APPOINT and
CONSTITUTE MARILYN GAN PINILI, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, and a
resident of B15 L31 Kassel Pacific Subd. San Pedro 1, Malvar, Batangas to be my true
and lawful Attorney-on-Fact for me and on my behalf, name place and stead, to do and
perform the following:

1. To represent, transact, and process all documents at all agency that related to the
process of title of land transferring ;

2. To sign, execute, and deliver all papers or documents which may be necessary in
connection with the above-given authority;

3. To perform other acts as may be necessary and required in the execution and
accomplishment of the powers given to her.

HEREBY GIVING ANG GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact, full powers and
authority to do and perform any and every act whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in
and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might of could lawfully do if
personally present and acting in person and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that
my said Attorney-In-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and under these
