ENTRANCE TEST INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

Things to be brought compulsorily for admission to test center.

• Printed copy of ADMIT CARD (Mandatory)

• Original ID proof (Mandatory)
• Pen or Pencil for rough work (Mandatory)

a) The candidate must show the printout of the Admit Card along with Original ID proof. Acceptable
Original Photo ID Proofs for verification at test center: 1. Voter ID 2. Passport 3. Driving License 4. Aadhar
Card/Print out of E-Aadhar card 5. PAN Card.

b) Candidates will not be allowed to enter the Test Centre and take the test in the event of delay beyond the prescribed
Gate Closure time (15 minutes before the exam start time). Candidates are advised to reach the Test Location early.

c) Candidates are advised in their own interest not to carry any personal computational devices, Bluetooth devices,
cellphones, any electronic gadgets etc. to the examination venue as arrangement for safe keeping of the same cannot
be assured. The aforesaid items are barred from being carried into Test Centre.

d) Candidates must not carry any textual material, printed or written, bits of papers, any electronic gadgets except
Printed Admit Card, Original ID proof and Pen or Pencil for rough work.

e) Candidates are not allowed to go out of the test area even temporarily for any reason during the test duration.

f) In the unforeseen event of "system failure/shut down", do not panic. In such event, PLEASE CONTACT THE
INVIGILATOR. Adequate number of buffer systems are made available at each center. All answers completed up to
breakdown point will automatically transfer to the new system allotted.

g) Impersonation or any suspicious behavior (prompting by a third person or accessing notes/gadgets) during the test
will be treated as malpractice and the application will be termed as “Not Selected”.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS (SA_MP_PI):

1. As the time for the selection process are auto-generated by the system, any request for changes will not be
entertained.
2. Candidates must carry the following documents to the venue for the selection process (SA_MP_PI) (Mandatory)
1. E-Admit Card
2. Application printout from your application status login page.
3. Application fee acknowledgment slip
4. Government recognized photo identity card: Aadhar card/Passport/Voter ID/Recent College ID card) for
attending the selection process, failing which the application will be considered as “Not Selected”.
5. ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS: Class 10 and class 11 final report or class 12 Board result should be
available for verification during the SA_MP_PI round.
3. Candidates failing to appear for the selection process at the stipulated date and time will be considered as “Not
Selected”.
4. Impersonation or any suspicious behaviour (prompting by a third person or accessing notes/gadgets) will be
treated as malpractice and the application will be termed as “Not Selected”.
5. Issue of the E-Admit Card for the selection process does not imply that the eligibility criteria are satisfied.

CHRIST (Deemed to be University) reserves the right to change/alter the dates or timing at any given time during the
application/selection process.

Candidates should note that their candidature is provisional. The mere fact that a selection process admit card has been
issued to a candidate will not imply that CHRIST (Deemed to be University) has finally accepted his/her candidature.
Candidates may note that the verification of essential eligibility conditions of a candidate concerning the documents as
may be called for, will be taken up at any time during the admission process. In all matters, the decision of CHRIST
(Deemed to be University) as to the eligibility or otherwise of a candidate for admission to the selection process or
his/her subsequent qualifying shall be final. Any attempt on the part of a candidate to obtain support for his/her
candidature by any means may disqualify him/her for admission. A candidate who is found guilty of impersonation or of
submitting fabricated documents or documents which have been tampered with or of making statements which are
incorrect or false or of suppressing material information or otherwise resorting to any other irregular or improper means
for obtaining admission, or of using or attempting to use unfair means or of misbehaviour may also to rendering himself
liable to criminal prosecution, be debarred by CHRIST (Deemed to be University) from this and future selection
process.
