Learnings and Experiences

a. How were you able to finish the task assigned to you?

During my student immersion in the maternity clinic, I was able to finish the task
assigned to me by prioritizing and managing my time effectively. I made a plan of action
to break the task down into smaller subtasks and allocated suitable time for each ta sk.
Additionally, I used a project management tool to track my progress and avoid any
potential delays. Furthermore, I ensured clear communication with the clinic team and
received feedback on my performance regularly. This helped me to identify any areas
for improvement and make adjustments accordingly. This combination of time
management, task prioritization, communication, and project management was
instrumental in ensuring that I was able to complete the task successfully.

b. Were you satisfied with your output? Why?

I was satisfied with my output during my work immersion in the maternity clinic. I was
able to gain valuable practical experience and knowledge about the medical profession,
as well as the daily tasks and routines of the nurses and doctors in the clinic. I was also
able to observe and learn about the different stages of labor and childbirth, which
helped me to gain a better understanding of the reproductive cycle. Overall, I was
satisfied with my output and felt that I gained valuable experience that will help me in
my future endeavors .

c. What is the importance of undergoing extensive training of the different processes and careful
planning in achieving the target?
Undergoing extensive training is important in achieving targets because it helps to
develop the knowledge and skills required to complete the task or project effectively. It
allows for a deeper understanding of the different processes involved, and the
challenges that may arise during the project. Careful planning is also crucial in achieving
targets because it helps to break down a complex project into smaller, manageable
tasks .

d. If you will be given another chance to perform the activities related to your Immersion experience,
is there anything you would like to change or do differently? What are those and why?
If given another chance to perform my immersion experience in the maternity clinic, I
would change a few things to improve my performance. Firstly, I would make sure to
take more opportunities to ask questions and gain a deeper understanding of the
different aspects of the clinic. Secondly, I would also be more proactive in seeking out
more tasks to help out with, such as handling paperwork or helping with filing.

E. What were the challenges you faced as you do the tasks? How did you surpass those challenges?

One main challenge I faced during my immersion experience in the maternity clinic was
learning how to efficiently manage my time. As a student, I initially struggled to balance
the various tasks required of me during my stay, and often found myself feeling
overwhelmed and rushed. To overcome this challenge, I took several steps .
