Dear Mr. /Mrs.: ROSITO TUGBO JR

Greetings from DIGO TECHNICAL Training and Assessment Center!

We are pleased to advise your appointment as a SMAW NC II TRAINER under


the administration department Of Digo Techincal training and assessment center
effective upon receipt of this letter under the following terms and conditions:

EMPLOYMENT STATUS : Fixed Term


Pay Rate : PHP 65,000.00
Reporting to : SMAW NC II TRAINER

Contract/ Agreement Period : FIVE YEARS

You shall continue to perform the duties and responsibilities being assigned to you by the school
with a high standard of honesty, efficiency, courtesy, safety, skill, obedience, and
trustworthiness.

You should be held responsible for the strict compliance with the rules and regulations if the
school for which the corresponding disciplinary action will be imposed for infraction of violation
thereof.

This contract shall be in full force and effect and shall commence on September 13,
2023, to September 13, 2028; unless for a valid and just because recognized under the labor
code of the Philippines, this contract may be pre-terminated. A breach of any of the provisions of
this contract shall be grounds for the employer of any case damages which shall not be less
than the amount of Fifteen Thousand pesos (Php 15,000.00) against the employee. The
employer may also withhold the employee's last pay unless a clearance is issued for the
employee.

We hope that you will continue the satisfactory start you have made in your career as
you
extend your full support and cooperation for the best of the institution.
