India Pvt.Ltd as a vendor/ distributer from September 2021. Sri. S. Prabhakaran
had been appointed as a DS (Delivery Supervisor ) on[ 20-01-2023]. In the month
of October to May he has solen a items that were to be delivered and cash
amounting to INR. 2,31,018/- ( Indian National Rupees of Two Lakh Thirty One
Thousand and Eighteen Rupees only).
Subsequently, after confronting S. Prabha admitted to stealing the cash and the
items the same was communicated to the Govindpura Police station with a
complaint the same came to be registered as NCR bearing No. [
PO2268230600314] Dated [01-12-2023] .
Ever since we have confronted him about the same he has taken time to return all
the items mentioned above on one pretext or other. When recently asked about
the items he has informed us that he will not return the items and threatened us
to do whatever we feel like. Having no other option I request your good self to
take legal action against Sri. S. Prabha accordance with law.
