Reading… is one of the most important thing a human needs, according to insider When we
read, not only are we improving memory and empathy, but research has shown that it
makes us feel better and more positive too. Science has shown that reading has some
amazing health benefits, including helping with depression, cutting stress, and reducing
the chances of developing Alzheimer's later in life.
Other than that, reading makes you feel free and while reading harry potter your brain
starts imagining the school or the huts.
Reading might sound really boring, at first, I thought that too but after investing time like
at least 15-20 minutes a day, and you also have to find something that relates to you or
something you like for example if you like boxing you can get a book about Mohamed ali
and learn more about him and his strategies.
