Dear Parent,
Registration for June 2024 Edexcel and Cambridge Examinations

Your son/ daughter will soon be sitting for their Public examinations. These examinations are set and marked by
the Edexcel and Cambridge International Education, part of the University of Cambridge in the UK.
Please fill in the information below, affix a recent passport size photograph, and attach a copy of the
student's passport and return to the Head of Year of your child.

Students will be registered for all their IGCSE/AS/A2 subjects and there are no exceptions. Private entries (if any)
should be requested in writing, along with this registration form and the same is subject to approval by the Head
of School.

Please note that the Edexcel and Cambridge examination fees are not included in the school academic fees and
a separate invoice for examination fees will be sent to you by the accounts department and that fee should be
paid to school
no later than 12 February 2024. We politely request that all tuition fees to date are settled prior to the
payment of exam fees in February.

Correct contact numbers and email addresses are very important as we may need to contact you for
urgent matters regarding the examinations, should the need arise. Registration is complete only when all
the documents are submitted and payment is made before the deadline. Center timetable for this session
will be published on school website by 25 March 2023.

Submit this form to your HoY with a copy of your passport and photograph affixed on or before 03 January 24

for the same is to be paid to the school accounts department on or before 12 February 2024.
