Feels embarrassed because no one is watching/ Not happy when Julie shoves her out of the way

sisters asked her for money before ) ( says at mum’s funeral “ if you worked as much as you
fished, you’d be really rich”) -> have guess -> don’t get lost-> act your age not your colour->

-feeling they so annoying-> expressing : worried, shocked, embarrassed

-her white friend: doesn’t want K’s white friend see them ( because she is ashamed of them)

-Doesn’t her white friends realise that she is aboriginal
