L 41 during plaster work its makes uniform ,


from now onwards we made insure that the shuttering is in plumb

uniform. It should be 115
mm thk. But thickness is
varying because of this
non-uniformity which is
happening because of
shuttering

Its due to mivan and ply shuttering joint will be manage with plaster work
L : 41- Gap between bricks shall be
15mm but the gap is more than
30mm at several places

be casted properly to avoid jerks in
vehicles and it should not spoil the
appearance of the roads.

Staircase shuttering is not straight
Lintel is rested on the left wall with
block work. It should be rested on the
wall on the both ends since very 1st
time

now lintel will rest at least 6" both side same


Exterior chajja is extruding more from

Staircase profile beam is still not resting
on the wall which was marked by
Bijendra in previous site visit
Plinth protection shouldn’t be this
much thick and it should be uniform for
all buildings
Electric room and Bore pipe at front park
should be finished properly as these have
impact on overall appearance of the site.
Conclusion :

1. Quality of shuttering should be improved to maintained the RCC slab


thickness as per the drawings.

2. There should be no bends in the beams and slabs

3. The Brick work should be more refined

4. Brick work should aligned with RCC beams as it required more plaster work in
finishing if beams, columns and walls are not aligned which led to surface cracks
and reduction in carpet areas.

5. Reinforcement laying was found ok as per structure drawings at plot- 28 & 41
