We are looking for a Data Analyst

searching for a Data Analyst to join their dynamic team.

The Role:
As a Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution:
• Performing exploratory data analysis
• Creating visualizations and automated reports to measure, monitor, and report on key
metrics
• Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in large and complex
datasets
• Ensuring data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal
processes and procedures.
• Handling projects from start to finish, converting business challenges into insights and
actions
• Developing models and ad hoc reports, sharing insights and recommendations with
stakeholders
• Conducting data quality checks in accordance with SOPs
• Identifying and defining new process improvement opportunities.
• Communicate and present technical information with non-technical team members and
stakeholders.

Technical Qualifications: We are looking for someone who has the following skills:
• Two (2) or more years of experience in data analysis or business analysis roles
• Experience with designing reports and dashboards on Power BI and Power BI Report
Builder is a MUST have
• Proficiency in Power Platforms (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate) is a plus
• Excellent Excel abilities, including the ability to write Excel VBA scripts
• Working knowledge of at least one scripting language, preferably Python or R to
manipulate data and draw insights from large datasets
• Effective communication skills to explain data insights to technical and non-technical
teams and to translate business needs into data projects

People Process Performance


• Strong business acumen and a passion for end-to-end project management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Database Administration & Management using SQL is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Cloud Computing using Azure Platform (Azure Synapse, Functions &
Blobs) is a nice to have.
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, finance, economics, statistics, or a
related field.
Microsoft certifications are a plus!
