Salient Features of Merger
• The Lake City will takeover all assets and liabilities of The State Life.
• On issuance of merger certificate, The Society, its management,
assets and liabilities shall exclusively vest in The Lake City.
• All members and allotments provided by the State Life in its all phases
at the time of execution of merger agreement, subject to verification,
will be treated as valid and lawful by The Lake City.
• Salient of liabilities
• To upgrade / re-habilitate the existing infrastructure /
development works of Phase-1
• To develop the land of Phase -2 (by contributing about 50%
subsidy)
• To deal with the deep excavated areas.

Salient Features of Merger (Phase-2)
4 Marla & 8 Marla ?
• On completion of merger process, possession of 5,337 Kanals shall be taken over by The Lake City
Holdings Private Limited forthwith. The Lake City thereafter shall take steps for the development and
transfer of ownership / title in accordance with law.
• The detail of existing provisional allotments of plots of various sizes duly issued till present day is as
under;
Residential 14 Marlas – 5,010 Files
Residential 07 Marlas – 1,740 Files
Total - 6750 Files
• Due to paucity of land offered by State Life, after due diligence on the basis of information provided
by the management of State Life, The Lake City, shall provide the plot of following sizes to the
members in lieu of their earlier provisional allotment of a plot:
08 Marlas developed plot against 14 Marlas (5,010 Files)
04 Marlas developed plot against 07 Marlas (1,740 Files)
• Despite a sizeable shortfall in land offered by State Life, The Lake City will provide amenities and Parks
and horticulture etc as per standards set by Private Housing Scheme Rules.
• On approval of merger, the plots provisionally allotted by State Life shall be resized and renumbered
according to new layout plan.
• Cost of development will be subsidized by The Lake City and members will pay Rs. 2 Lacs per Marla.
