2. Mount the brackett in an approprriate place on a wall.
3. Slidde the dispenseer onto the braccket and attach
h the secure scrrew on the botttom left cornerr of the dispenseer.

Setting up the Nitro and thet Dish Mach hine

1. Loccate the electriccal connection point. The inp put power may be 100V – 2655 V 50/60 Hz. Check with the
man nufacturer of th
he machine to determine if th here are dedicatated terminals aavailable for insstallation.
2. Properly ground th he dispenser too earth ground..
3. If th he Nitro will be operating in the concentratiion mode, locaate the proper pposition for thee DEMA C-12B B probe
or the
t DEMA Inductive Probe (8 82.28.1) in the wash tank. Thhe probe must bbe installed below the water llevel,
norm mally 1-2” fromm the bottom ofo the tank, and d must be kept away from heeating elementss, pump intake,, drains
andd incoming watter supply.
4. Insttall the detergeent injection bu ulkhead fitting (80-55) above the probe (if a probe is used)) to obtain a raapid
readding of all chem
micals entering g the wash tank k.
5. Insttall the rinse lin
ne injection fittting (904-8T) into
i the rinse liine tap provideed by the manuufacturer of thee
macchine. If a tap is
i not provided d, follow the maanufacturer’s rrecommendatioons for installinng this fitting.
6. Insttall the sanitizeer injection fittiing (904-8KY)) (if sanitizer iss used) into thee rinse line tap provided by thhe
man nufacturer of th
he machine. If a tap is not proovided follow tthe manufacturrer’s recommenndations for insstalling
thiss fitting.

Connecting the Chemicall Tubing to thee Nitro

1. After mounting th he dispenser, measure
m the len
ngth of tubing nneeded to go frrom the dispennser to the chemmical
con
ntainers. The deetergent tubing
g (25.68.20) is opaque in coloor and has a larrger inside diam meter than the rinse
and ng (100.12.SV1) which is cleear in color andd has a small innside diameter.
d sanitizer tubin
2. Cutt the tubing to the
t length requ uired and, if desired, place thee pickup tube oon the tubing bbefore placing iin the
cheemical containeer.
3. Measure the lengtth of tubing neeeded to go from m the dispenserr to the chemiccal injection pooint on the macchine.
4. Cutt the tubing to the
t length requ uired to reach thhe bulkhead fittting or chemiccal injection pooint on the machine.

to have poweer to run the seetup that is proggrammed in thhe unit.

Flux Sensorrs - If trigger co

onnection poinnts cannot be esstablished, the magnetic fieldd readers (82.23.1) may be ussed in
place of the trigger
t board and
a cable. The magnetic field d readers or fluxx sensors connnect directly to the control booard in
the trigger wires
w spots as sh
hown on the wiring
