CAREER OBJECTIVE:
I seek an opportunity to work in the area of project controls management with Engineering,

 Based at refinery division handled Maintenance Planner role for 45 days Indian Oil
Corporation Ltd – Maintenance & Inspection Shutdown Sep’15-Oct’15

 Based in coastal office handled brownfield projects planning/ scheduling of Nimr Cluster
Projects of PDO South EMC Contract. Build overall plans and schedules for conceptual,
front-end designs and for the execution phase of projects, provide plans and schedules for
integrated maintenance projects.

 Handled around 1000 maintenance work orders and 250 construction service jobs in the
Greater Birba & Harweel area as per the 90D & 14D plans. Based at Harweel Site,
experienced with maintenance planning working on SAP ERP R/3 PM module. Managed
and coordinated all discipline maintenance activities.

 Handled site planner role for 65 Days Harweel Turnaround Shutdown from 31 October to
15 December 2014. S/D execution is for 88000 Man hours of work with peak manpower
of 450 persons and 150+ equipment, 30+ sub-contractor and third party vendor services.

 Can read Engineering drawings – Process Engineering Flow Scheme (PEFS), Piping &
Instrumentation drawings (P&ID), Equipment drawings, Plot plans, Process plant
layouts, Piping fabrication isometrics, welding, Erection related construction & testing
packs.

 Academically learnt and gained knowledge on Piping designs, pipe routing and plant
design models (PDMS 11.6), Piping Stress Analysis (CAESAR II), Mechanical/
Structural Designs (AutoCAD R14), Office literacy (MS office)

Designation: Site Project Control and Planning Engineer

As a Planning Engineer,

 Project planning, scheduling & control based on master plan using MSP 2007 & P6
planning tools
 Working in close co-operation with Company Engineering & Operations planning
department for engineering, procurement, construction and CSU planning inclusive
reporting, Primavera P6 entry, SAP daily service entry.
 Generating Daily/Weekly Progress Report along with deployed Manpower & Equipment
Status.
 Resource optimization and prioritization in conjunction with Project Engineers /
Construction and Maintenance Coordinators.
 Early warning of plan delays and proposals for mitigation to Project Engineers /
Construction and Maintenance Coordinators for resolutions.
 Capture minutes of Shutdown meeting and preparing MOM
 Regular participation in YTT meeting in regard of service jobs and to follow up in SAP
PM.

Cluster

Roles and Responsibilities:

 To manage and coordinate all discipline maintenance activities as per 90DP and 14DP
taking into account of operational requirements and constraints.
 To manage all activities under the work centers and Planner group for the GB & Harweel
area of operation.

  Prepare a plan list with Original Due Dates(ODD), Latest Allowed Start Dates|(LASD)
and Latest Allowed Finish Date(LAFD)
 Prepare a resource requirement plan based on the year’s work load.
 Prioritize notifications in CMPT meeting and schedule work orders before freezing the 14
and 90 days plan.
 Set Partial Confirmation (PCNF) for the activity operation in the work order when the job
has started.
 Set Confirmation (CNF) for the activity operation in the work order when the job has
completed.
 Input equipment history in the notification after the job has been completed.
 Input of actual man-hours spent on the job into the work orders.
 Input of actual start and finish times & dates for the job in the work order.
 Populate Purchase Orders (PO) with Service Entries (SE).
