BDRRMC RESOLUTION NO._____, SERIES OF 2022

COUNCIL RESOLUTION REPROGRAMING THE DRRM Fund 2020 below-2021 BDRRMF TRUST FUND
AMOUNTING TO THREE HUNDRED FORTY-FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY SIX
PESOS (P344, 326.00) FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) UNIT MINI DUMP TRUCK

WHEREAS, the Local Government Unit of Asinga Via adapts to the need of the people of the municipality in accordance
with the policies stipulated in the Republic Act 101212 to uphold the people’s constitutional rights to life and poverty by
addressing the root of causes of vulnerabilities to disaster, strengthening the country’s institutional capacity for disasters
including climate change impacts;

WHEREAS, the Asinga Via recognize and strengthens the capacities of our constituents in mitigating and preparing for,
responding to, and recovering from the impacts of disasters;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Asinga Via is one of the most exposed to all hazards like typhoon, flash floods, landslides,
strong winds and drought, likewise, the overwhelming health-related emergencies;

WHEREAS, the BDRRMF balances for the year 2020-2021 is as follow:

2020 below 153, 587.00
2021 190. 739.00
Totals 344, 326.00

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Honorable JAMESON DADA, the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Asinga Via,
duly seconded by all members of the council.

RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved by the body in session to reprogram the THE BDRRM Fund 2020 below-2021
BDRRMF TRUST FUND AMOUNTING TO THREE HUNDRED FORTY-FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED
TWENTY SIX PESOS (P344, 326.00) FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) UNIT MINI DUMP TRUCK

RESOLVED FURTHER that a copy of this resolution be furnished to concern offices for their information and
appropriate actions.

PURCHASE OF RUBBER BOAT WITH OUTBOARD MOTOR OF BITAG GRANDE, BAGGAO, CAGAYAN

( 432,156 ) shall be reprogrammed for the purchase of 1 unit Rubber Boat with Outboard Motor and complete accessories for the use
during .flood emergencies, evacuation purposes and others related;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Honorable ROMEO A. SERRENG, the Committee Chair on DRRM of Barangay BITAG
GRANDE, duly seconded by all members of the council.

RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved by the body in session to reprogram the 2020 below -2021 amounting to FOUR HUNDRED
THIRTY TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY SIX PESOS (432,156 ) for the purchase of Rubber Boat with outboard motor
of BITAG GRANDE, Baggao, Cagayan.
