ABOUT INSTALLATION NOTES

This is a Version C875 - HD release

2 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1.1 NEW INSTALLATION

1.Disable antivirus if any present

2. Insert CD
3.Open CD and copy the folder present, onto to desktop
4.Open the folder eg.. CD-0144 and go to 'MedGYNImage and Data Management System'
5.Right click on the 'Setup' and ' Run as administrator'

eg.. CD-0144

6.During installation steps , it prompts for Matroska drivers update , Plz click ' No' in the below prompts

7.During installation if 'Aver media' driver updates are prompted, Plz 'Install' the same

8.After successful installation, 'AVerMedia RECentral' and 'Medgyn Image and Data Management
System' desktop short cuts are created as shown below

9.Connect the Camera output to 'AverMedia' device input and 'AverMedia' device output should be
connect to the system.

10.Open to ' Unlock' folder eg.. CD-0144/Unlock on the Desktop, run 'Security' application

11.Connect the Dongle key to the USB port of the system

12.Run the Medgyn application by double clicking on 'Medgyn Image and Data Management System'
desktop short cut
13.Login to the application with the credentials
14.Now go to Settings tab on the application window and click on 'System Settings'

15. A 'System Settings' pop window will appear, on the 'Capture Setup' tab select 'Input Device ' for
'Capture Card type' as 'Aver Media C875 Capture' and select 'Video Input' for 'Video Input Setup' as
'Video RGB'.

16.Save and Close. Setup is complete. Enable Antivirus and can continue using the application

2.2 UPGRADE FROM EXISTING INSTALLATION

1.Uninstall the existing version.Go to Control Panel--> Uninstall or Change a program-->

Uninstall 'AverMedia RE Central'

Uninstall 'Medgyn Image and Data Management System'

Uninstall 'Matroska Pack'

Uninstall 'Datastead RTSP/RTMP/HTTP/Url DirectShow Source Filter Version..'

Uninstall 'LAV Filters .. '

2.Clear temp folder , Open Run Window and enter %temp%

Shift+Delete to clear all contents in the 'temp' folder

3.Now follow the steps specified in New Installation
