ANALYSING THE 2 SYSTEMS

SYSTEM 1: system 1 (CEO system) has window 10 which was launched on July 15, 2015, still a
good software and not out of date, but it will be out of date by 2025, other than that it is still
a good software and surely usable, the CEO system has 2x2GB ram size, which it is not a good
amount of ram for a CEO, too slow and small, even the storage is quite small as it is only
250GB which is technically not enough for a CEO as it needs to store a lot of info's.
CEO system has a DDR2 which transfer rates are faster, improves signal integrity and
optimizes flexibility. Though DDR2 RAM is fast, it is expensive too.
CEO needs to have a fast connection as well, that is why they got SATA Connectivity, the
advantages are that
System 1 has a 3.5ghz processor speed and is a good processor for gaming, but only runs 1
task at the time and a CEO would need a better processor to run more processors.
System 1 has a 27-inch BenQ which is a good large screen for a CEO.
System 1 has a DVDR/W optical drive which is good thing as once the optical drive reads what
inside the disk you can save in your pc and delete what is in there so you can put more stuff
System 1 has no Fire wire connection it is used to connect digital camcorders, external hard
drives and more devices, can be useful for high transfers rates
The system has an X4 2.0 USB drive which allows you to connect more devices to the USB
drive, it has a solid-state storage typer as well, and it has faster read/write speeds, better
durability, larges size and it is quieter than HHD.
System 1 has an intel processor type, and it has high performance and reliability for single
core and multi core tasks, system 1 has no video card and the disadvantages about it are like
the GPU might not be able to support some heavier graphics such as videos editing, and 3D
content.
System 1 has a standalone, the advantages are that you are in control of your own network
so any data saved in there is not accessible to anyone and it will be saved in there, but the
disadvantages are potential of loss of privacy, and it can reduce jobs and too much sitting

other OS’s. different barriers to accessing the software for those who are not comfortable
with the internet.

The advantages of one note are you can write all the stuff you need to remember and save it
for when you need it. One note never runs of pages, simple to use, easy for organization, you
can rewrite your stuff and change it over and over.
The disadvantages are if a file is not saved there might be data loss, those new to Microsoft
365 it might be difficult to use, it is hard to find the documents you are looking for, unless you
don't search it up by using the keyword of the document.

The implication of installing and maintaining hardware into a PC (pc windows 10)
To use phyton 3.7 which is quite complicated for a new person they might need some training
with the basics.
Looking at compatibly problems everything looks compatible between software and
hardware, it would be useful to upgrade windows 10 to 11, but windows 11 is still not fully
perfect so I do rather keep windows 10 which has been perfected in the years, and windows
11 is more complicated to use than windows 10, a bit of training would be needed but
windows 10 is still usable till 2025.
The core could be upgraded from i5 intel to i7, which is compatible with windows 10, and it
would cost 229,79£
Then the RAM could be upgraded from 4GB to 8GB which could cost around 20£.
Phyton 3.13 is the latest version compatible with windows 10, free to upgrade, to use it,
training is necessary. Office 2007 is still usable and good for windows 10, so there is no
problem keeping it.

The reason to upgrade the hardware in the CEO system is that he has not enough space for a
CEO, and not enough good performance, so it would be useful to upgrade the space to
improve the performance, there are 2 possible faults in the CEO system, the RAM which is too
slow and might affect the PC performance and the solid state drive might be broken and it
would be hard to re obtain lost data.
Enchaining the ram will allow the computer to run multiples task together and have better
performance, another hardware that could be upgraded is the SSD, a faster SSD will make
you access the files much faster.
Adding a fingerprint scanner or a face scanner to your pc as a external component will make
your PC more secure and only accessible to you, and other people stealing your info won't be
an issue anymore at all

There is no budget for the CEO system.
