Sir,

This notice is addressed to you under the instructions of my client, Mr. T.S
Vineeth Bhatt, 9E, Petronest, Kaloor PO, 682017 do hereby issue the following notice to
you.

1. That my client and you had a contract to pen a screenplay based on the short
story of my client. And furthermore, you were appointed to direct the movie
produced by my client. As per the contract, a compensation of five lakh rupees
was paid to you in exchange for the finalization of the script. You have delivered
the completed manuscript to my client in accordance with the previous
agreement.
2. But much to his astonishment and surprise, my client discovered that you had
directed a film based on the above script and story without the explicit consent
or knowledge of my client.
3. My client has been made aware that you have concluded filming the film based
on the aforementioned story without obtaining his assent and in breach of the
contract between you and client. Initially, the film was tentatively titled "Velli" or
"Maheendhran and Abheendhran," but it has since been reported that the title
has been changed to "Jankar." Regardless of the alterations to the film's title, my
client retains ownership of its intellectual property.
4. You have released the first look of the movie poster on 24th May 2024. My client
has been duly informed that the aforementioned film is produced by Mr.Baburaj.
M.C., featuring Shabareesh Varma and Sarath Appani in the lead roles, is
scheduled for release. It is crucial to emphasize that my client trusted you to
write the screenplay in accordance with his story with the explicit intent of

producing the movie himself. Regarding your efforts, my client has paid you Rs.
5 lakh as your consideration.
5. The release of the aforementioned movie story should be halted immediately.
Any form of publication,broadcast, theatrical, or OTT release of the movie
based on the story of my client would pose a significant risk of financial loss and
hardship to my client. It is critical that the ongoing work on the above movie be
stopped immediately in order to prevent additional damage.

Hence, I hereby call upon you to stop the release of the movie immediately. And pay a
compensation of Rs 50 lakhs for the damages caused to my client within 15 days of the
receipt of this notice, or else my client will be constrained to take criminal as well as
civil action against you. In that eventuality, you will be held liable for all the costs and
consequences.

A copy of this notice shall be kept in my office for further proceedings;
