Version devloped on Business Use case

• Notification engine is used to send notification for the customers,


users, managers and so on.
• This engine will send the notification based on the user preferences
and adminscreen through SMS,system popup or email.
• It depends on the administration screen where the messages are
stored based on the request or case types.
• System will retrieve the message and substitute the data in it and
Siebel IP16 sends the notification.

• OSS implementation in SJC is developed based on the admin screen.


• OSS application is used to create new requests which will flow to
the CMS system for further approvals or business.
• Payments and reports can be generated at the end of each process.
• Integration with external systems are done based on the business
needs.
• Based on each request defined in admin screen the navigation,
notifications, validations, business process are configured.
• We have lot of reusable components under this such as Workflows,
Views, Business Services ..etc. which we can reuse under multiple
request based on business specifications.
Siebel IP16 • This component is highly scalable.

• Case management system components can be reused such as Case,


Request, Contacts, Organization, Lawyer office setup, Assignment
Siebel IP16 Scheduler, Attachments.

• External integration components such as MOCI,MOI,Skip


Cash,MOPH,POS..etc can be reused with minimal changes.
• Webservice implementation objects such as IO’s, Data Mapers,
Siebel IP16 Business services, Workflows..etc can be re used as per business needs.
• Inbound integrations such as BI, POS, Digital Signature, Doc
Scanner,etc can be re used.
• BI Reports generation can be re used based on business
requirements.
