Upgrading instructions, ORION controller Table of contents

1 About upgrading and updating
This document is valid for ORION software version V6.6x, where x represents minor
software change, and for all three controller variants, ORION, ORIONc and ORIONeco.
The possible exceptions are clearly pointed out in the text.

Upgrading a power system usually results in improving its operations by replacing the
ORION controller software, activating additional features.

The configuration in the ORION controller may need to be updated if additional rectifiers
are added. In the event that rectifiers are removed from the power system, the
configuration in the ORION controller will need to be updated to prevent unnecessary
alarms being generated.
