Notes for following my patterns:

✿ Work in spiral. Don’t finish the round with slip stitch (slst) unless it states in the
pattern.
✿ I recommend to use a yarn thread as a stitch marker. This will help you to find
the right first stitch of round. Once you finish the round don’t forget to move
marker in the next round’s first stitch (by the end of round 1 , lay the yarn across
your work so that it falls after the last stitch in round 1 and before the 1st st of
round 2 Work over it into the first single crochet.
✿ Alternative way for 6 sc in magic ring: Chain 2, from 2nd ch of the hook
crochet 6 single crochet in it.
✿ for more tie stitches you can use yarn under instead of yarn over.
✿ Using invisible decrease instead of decrease makes the final result nicer.
✿To change color in the same round the most important rule is that yarn color is
always changed in the end of the previous stitch.
For example: if you want to work the 3rd stitch of the round in a different color,
then you need to change it in the end of the 2nd stitch.

✿To change the color from round to round make sure to do it at the last stitch of
the round, by inserting the hook in the last st of the round with color 1, yarn over
with color1 and draw through stitch the work ,then yarn over with color 2 and pull
the yarn (color 2) through both loops of the hook.
For example: if you want to use new color from the beginning of round 4, you have
to change it on the last stitch of round 3.

Materials

Yarn: Nako pirlanta wayuu, alize diva silky effect.

Crochet hook size: 1.25 mm,
You can use any of your favorable yarn with a suitable hook size,
fibers for stuffing,
embroidery threads (black, brown, white, red)
scissors,
Sewing needle,
1.5 mm crafts wire, (you will need 28 cm height for each leg, 15 cm for each arm,
note that the wire will reach the middle of the head.)
Synthetic doll hair: 5cm doll hair tall, about 90cm length.
Plastic sole
6mm buttons: 2 yellow, 1 blue.
5cm doll sneakers

if you want to use safety eyes instead of embroidery you will need 4-6 mm size.

MEASUREMENTS

if you used the same yarn and materials finished doll will be about 29-31 cm.

Sew the hair in spiral manner, leaving

wide spaces between each hair round from
the back and very close spaces from the
front, by dividing the cap into 2 parts front
part in front of the ears and back part
behind the ears.

for the boy doll:

Use 5cm synthetic doll hair, and sew it in spiral manner,
as shown above, then cut the frontal part of the hair as shown
in the bangs to shorten the boys hair.

for hair bangs:

cut the frontal part of hair above forehead as shown

Repeat in the next sewing round as shown

Repeat one more time in the next sewing hair round.

Another Last sewing round of the bangs, but cut the hair2-3
mm longer, then use the scissors to make horizontal cuts on
the hair as shown, then continue sewing the rest of the hair
without cutting.

Another hair ideas:

I would suggest to mark the hair margin first with pencil color
then start embroidering the yarn.

Also, you can comb the wool,

then use hair straighter or even
iron it.
I suggest to add 2 drops of hair
serum give it a good look.
You will have a good hair look
as shown in the photos.
It takes a lot of time but it deserves the try.
