Applications on prescribed forms are invited for the following posts for appointment on contract basis:

1. Lecturer(BPS-18), Main Campus: Master’s Degree (Foreign) OR M.Phil./MS (Pakistan)
International Relations, 01 post, or equivalent degree (18 years) in the relevant field 21-40 years
Lecturer(BPS-18), Jehlum Valley Campus: from HEC recognized University/ Institution with no 3rd
Education 01 post, English 01 post, division in the academic career.
Lecturer(BPS-18), Neelum Campus:
CS&IT 01 post
2. Lecturer (BPS-18), Main Campus: LLB Degree (First Class) from an HEC recognized
Law 02 posts, Main Campus University/ Institutions with no 3rd division in the 21-40 years
academic career.
General Instructions:
1. Candidates will apply online directly to the National Testing Services (NTS), Islamabad, on their prescribed form available on
NTS website www.nts.org.pk by paying Rs. 2000/- on University Challan of Habib Bank Limited available at NTS website.
Candidates are also advised to submit attested hard copies of their degrees, result cards, transcripts, certificates, domicile and
original fee challan etc. along with prescribed application form to NTS before due date.
2. Candidates having CGPA in any degree, shall submit the marks/ percentage certificate along with the application forms.
3. Only upper age limit is relaxable for in service employees, as per rules.
4. In-service candidates must apply through proper channel by the due date otherwise their applications will not be entertained.
5. Foreign degree holders must provide equivalence certificate issued by the HEC.
6. The services as a teacher in High Schools/ Embassy Schools/ Degree Colleges/ Cadet Colleges will not be counted as
experience for appointment to a teaching post in the university.
7. Preference will be given to AJ&K Nationals.
8. Only top five candidates for one post and eight candidates for two posts will be called for interview on the basis of weightage of
academic marks and marks obtained in the written test/NTS ( having 50% or above in the NTS written test).
9. The University reserves the right to cancel the advertisement, totally or partially at any time.
10. Incomplete/ applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
11. The last date for submission of applications both hard and soft copies along with fee challans and all relevant documents is
10th June, 2024.
