Department of Physical Education is going to organize KHELO KLE SNC -

Annual Sports Meet 2024 for all the UG and PG students on 04/06/2024 ,
06/06/2024 and 07/06/2024 . Annual Sports Meet will take place for Indoor and
outdoor Games. Interested students are requested to get them self enroll at Sports
Complex and Day of Event.

Indoor Games : 04/06/2024.

Outdoor Games : 06/06/2024 and 07/06/2024
Registration for Individual Games : Registration at Sports Complex

Subject: Annual Sports Meet 2024 for UG and PG students.

As Above Mentioned, Department of Physical Education is going to organize Annual Sports Meet
2024 from 06-06-2024 to 07-06-2024 as Inter-Class Competition for all the 1st, 2nd, 3rd year Students of
UG and PG. So, I request you to notify all the students of your respected departments.
The Annual Sports Meet 2024 comprises Outdoor games of Individual and Team Games with many
sub games.
[NOTE: The Mode of Registration of Individual Participation will be done through ONLINE Google Form
and for the Team Participation will be done OFFLINE, they should fill the Eligibility Form which is

provided by Department of Physical Education and submit it with the approval of the HOD. For Complete
details and Instruction refer the Rules and Instruction attached to this document.]
The Registration for the Individual Games will take place offline at Sports Complex and on the
day of event.

REGISTRATION AND INSTRUCTIONS

1. For Individual Participation: Registration for Individual Participation in Outdoor games is through
online Google Form. No limit for the number of participations from Class or Department.
2. For Group Events Participation: Registration for the group events is Ofine Mode at Sports
Complex. An eligibility form is provided, and they should fill it and submit it to the Department of
Physical Education after getting it approved by respected department HOD's. There are certain rules
and regulations and instructions which are mandatory, and Teams found with violating it will not be
allowed.

The Eligibility Form should be filled in and should be submitted on or before 03-06-2024.
TUG OF WAR rules will be followed in men's section. Team =8+4, Total weight of team should be
620kg or below it.
No on spot registration for Team Games.
• There will be no limit for the participants for the Individual Games from
any Department.
