Traffic Stop Script - updated 2/5/23

1. Sir, I’m not traveling under a license. (You've now established that you
are not engaged in commerce, )

2. Sir, you forced me off the road and approached my car by force of arms
(weapons).

3) COP: give me your license and registration and proof of insurance,

 Sir, anything I do or say, can you use it against me in a Court of law?!

YOU STAY ON THAT POINT UNTIL YOU GET A YES OR NO ANSWER.
 He many obfuscate,(muddy the waters) threaten, or ignore you, but you
remain on that point like a broken record, to the point of forcing him to
arrest you until you get your yes or no.
 Once you get a yes or no, you immediately move to,
4. Unless you have a warrant or probably cause proving I committed a crime,
you just violated my secured 4th Amendment right.

 You ask, officer what's your probable cause for stopping me? He'll
say,w ell you went through a red light. Sir, is that a Code Infraction or a
crime that constitutes probable cause, and you'll then get the Ralph
Cramden, humana humana routine, because in his pea brain, a going
through a stop sign is probable cause, and it is not!
 Amendment IV - The right of the people to be secure in their persons,
houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and
seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon
probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly
describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be
seized.
 The Fourth Amendment originally enforced the notion that “each man’s
home is his castle”, secure from unreasonable searches and seizures
of property by the government. It protects against arbitrary arrests,
and is the basis of the law regarding search warrants, stop-and-frisk,
safety inspections, wiretaps, and other forms of surveillance, as well
as being central to many other criminal law topics and to privacy law.
4. Sir, now you are asking me to turn over my property

5. Sir, for my safety, I’m going to assert my 5th Amendment right.

 Amendment V - No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or

otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a
grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the
militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall
any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy
of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a
witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property,
without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for
public use, without just compensation.
 The Fifth Amendment creates a number of rights relevant to both criminal and civil legal
proceedings. In criminal cases, the Fifth Amendment guarantees the right to a grand jury,
forbids “double jeopardy,” and protects against self-incrimination. It also requires that
“due process of law” be part of any proceeding that denies a citizen “life, liberty or
property” and requires the government to compensate citizens when it takes private
property for public use.

6. Sir, for your safety, I’m going to provide you my Affidavit of Status.

 Give him an AOS? Not unless he arrests me because that's the only
time I have to identify myself, and that Affidavit does legally identify
me!
7. Sir, everything I need to say is in the sworn Affidavit of Status.

8. So for your "basic" stop the 👆 2 points below and that's it. I know you've
spoken about individual decisions when stopped, but if he starts harassing
me for a license, I think things then shift. But, as you have taught, do what
ya gotta do to be safe, make your record and then attack them on paper.

 I would only state one thing, THAT I KNOW THE COP will ignore, (1) Sir,
I'm not traveling under the license and I am not engaged in
transportation of people or goods for money. I do this just to get it on
the record, on his body cam, because that cop doesn't know the
frigging laws, and that will come out when I deal with him through
criminal complaints and a Federal lawsuit!
 Then the second and KEY thing to do,(2) Sir, anything I say or do, can
you use that against me in a court of law? He has to say yes, and even
if he doesn't that's a fact of law that he can do that, so then you say,
Sir, I'm going to exercise my 4th and 5th Amendment rights and not
speak nor provide anything which you can use against me. Then MAKE
him arrest you for exercising your 4th and 5th amendment rights!
 yup (to 8 above). Doesn't matter what is in the affidavit, just that it has
a notary seal on it because the only way that happened was that I
showed the notary ID proving I am who I say I am, so there's no way
the Cop can say I failed to identify myself!
