Interview Preparation Checklist:

Research about the Company- learn how to align your strengths and skills to the
job. Check out: website, mission statement, values, and recent press releases,
company's culture, products or services, competitors, and recent achievements

Read the Job Description- take note of the key responsibilities, required
qualifications & skills. Do: prepare specific examples to highlight your suitability for
the role

Review own Resume and Cover Letter- read many times as you can. Do: specify
responsibilities that match the job requirements

Practice Common Job Interview Questions- focus on concise & well-structured


responses

Prepare for Behavioral Interview Questions- how you handled specific situations in
the past. Do: Prepare and provide examples of your behaviors, actions, and outcomes,
