Auto script

Hi, is this mr./Ms. _____? Hi, This is ______, I am calling you from Health IQ’s Auto
Insurance team on a recorded line. We received your request for an auto quote and I just
need to confirm a few quick details.

1. Can you confirm that you are 55 years old or older?


If Yes: Continue
If No: “Thank you for your interest. At this time we specialize in auto insurance for
those 55 years of age and over. Can we contact you in the future?”
2. “In order for me to get you to the right agent can you please confirm what state you are
in?”
a. If NY → “New York Law requires us to let you know you have the option to be added to
our Do Not Call List at any time. But, if you do, we won’t be able to contact you about
the auto insurance you’re interested in.”

TRANSFER:
“Great, that’s all I need, I am getting one of our licensed agents on the line now to make sure
you get the savings we negotiated with top carriers. Our SharpSenior Savings discount could
save customers up to $580 a year.”

> Hold time:


“While we wait for your agent:
1. In case we get disconnected I want to confirm that this number here is the best one to
call you back? I have ###-###-####"
2. Can you please confirm your email address?”

“If you want, you can put your phone on speaker and I’ll just call you when your agent joins us.”

Once agent is on the phone, introduce the client to the agent:

here,”

Once the agent Joins the call, before hanging up:


”Thank You”
