Internet Usage Policy and Procedures

Purpose

Worlducation's internet use policies and procedures provide the corporation with a decision-making framework
that ensures integrity and fairness when concerns emerge. It will also assist in reducing legal and safety hazards
for employees, customers, and the organization.

Scope

To contribute to the efficient and cost-effective attainment of Worlducation's strategic goals, all Worlducation e
mployees must perform the duties connected with their job skilfully, impartially, and diligently. The standards d
efined by the company's code of conduct should govern employees' behaviour. If there is any doubt about the c
ode's applicability or the proper course of action to follow in specific situations, it should be discussed with a se
nior staff member.

Policy principles

This Internet Usage Policy applies to all Worlducation personnel who have access to computers and the Internet
to perform their duties. Employees at Worlducation are permitted and encouraged to utilize the Internet to furth
er the company's goals and objectives. Nevertheless, access to the Internet through Worlducation is a privilege,
and all employees must follow the computer, email, and Internet usage policies. Violations of these policies ma
y result in disciplinary and legal action, including dismissal. Employees may also be held personally accountabl
e for any damages incurred due to policy violations. In addition, all employees must acknowledge receipt and a
ffirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms.

Responsibilities

-All employees must treat people fairly and respectfully, including coworkers and customers.

-All Worlducation workers have an obligation as a citizen and as an employee to obey the laws of the State and
the Commonwealth when executing their dealings.

-All appropriate Worlducation rules, processes, and codes of practice must be familiarised with and followed by
all employees.

-Staff should be truthful in their work and prevent conflicts between their interests and their obligations to Worl
ducation.

-All employees must act adequately and disclose any actual or perceived conflicts of interest that may develop
during their work.

-At all times, employees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, ethical, and diligent manner.

Procedures

-All employees must: make choices fairly, impartially, and without bias, based on the best available facts.
-Continually improve their knowledge in their fields of expertise and areas of responsibility. Trainers and assess
ors must continue to strengthen their professional skills to enable continual improvements in delivering Worldu
cation's services.

-Ensure that you have the appropriate paperwork to back up your conclusions.

-Guarantee that extraneous interests do not obstruct their ability to fulfil their role's responsibilities

-Creating a copyrighting or trademarking procedure for your organization and its products.

-Make sure you're using copyright, trademarks, and patents correctly.

-Make regular backups of your computer data.

-Create a database system that includes every customer and every other business contact you have.
