1.0 OBJECTIVE:
1.1 To lay down the procedure for Stacking of packed shippers on pallet.
2.0 SCOPE:
2.1 This SOP shall applicable for stacking of packed shippers on pallets during /after secondary packing
in packing area at M/s Samson Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., Sansiwala.
3.0 RESPONSIBILITY:
3.1 Prod. Officer / Quality Assurance / Operator .
4.0 ACCOUNTABILITY:
4.1 Head-PR : to ensure the compliance of this SOP.
5.0 DEFINITION:
5.1 Not Applicable.
6.0 PROCEDURE:
6.1.1 Stack in such a way that the last/upper shipper will be upto the 5 feet above of pallet, to give proper air
circulation.
6.1.2 Stack shippers in such a way that shipper does not fall down.
6.1.3 Stack in such a way that the arrow mark printed on shipper is in upward direction.
6.1.4 Identify the each stacked pallet by the “product Name”, and numbers of shippers.
6.1.5 Stack the pallets in such a way that it will not obstruct the passage and neither it is close to the wall.
6.1.6 If the product is stacked on more than one pallets, it must segreated to avoid product mixing .
